Build your response around that point. For instance: “Well, Mr. Johnson, I can totally relate to you being upset about the late delivery. I will make sure that it doesn’t happen again. Now, about your other concerns. This shows them you are not defensive about the situation, and you are not interested in making excuses, but solving the problem.

Solving the problem. The only reason a client picks a fight in the first place is to let you know that they have a problem. It’s your job to play along and solve that problem. Remember, this is your chance to turn a negative situation into a positive one and actually gain your client’s loyalty.

The importance of making the article flow correctly must not be underestimated so ensure that you have a beginning, middle and an end, which should hopefully round up the article nicely. The end of an article should be a conclusion giving possible answers or a summary of what has been written and be about four sentences or so long with most are approximately four to five hundred words. You may wish to write completely fresh, unique content articles in which case there are certain points you need to remember. Determine your topic first and then type in some keywords into a search engine, related to the subject and obtain enough information to write an article. Setting the article out correctly is paramount otherwise it will not flow so you will need the subject introduction which may highlight a particular problem, then a middle section explaining the subject more, finishing with a conclusion. You can easily write articles for yourself or for others and it can be a very profitable business as well as enjoyable. If you are wondering how you start to write an article, then I will let you into a little secret. One of the best ways I found was to write articles based on my own knowledge of a subject, in this instance photography, but only you will know what information you can give to others. Once you have exhausted that why not try a niche market one where you could write a series all based around a similar subject.

It’s important to remember that no matter how good your knowledge of a subject it is good practice to maintain a proper article writing method. Writing on a daily basis will help achieve this because you will come across the same problems faced by every other regular writer but it will help you to improve. Writing this regularly has worked well for most writers as practice makes perfect. These are obviously only my guidelines and have worked for me and may not suit everyone but it’s important to remember that whatever method works for you, stick to them if you intend to write regularly.

I had some questions from Daniel Falk on my previous post that I’ll answer now.

Daniel asks:

1. Which PAD Submission software are you using, and why?
2. Do you find that Google is counting most of the links?
3. Are you using other promotion methods besides just this?
4. How many different keywords/PAD files do you use for each promotion?

When it comes to Google you will find that they do list most of the links, but as I mentioned in the video, they will delist some of them over time to prevent duplicates. I’m sure you agree that over 13,000 listings for EzyFileZipper is still very impressive even if some of the listing have been removed.

The only other promotion method I am using for these packages is the videos you see above. There is one secret to this that I am sure you would love to know, and I’m happy to reveal part of it. One thing I am trying with this blog is sending the Entrecard traffic to specific posts. The only problem with that is eventually, if I have regular droppers, they may assume that they were landing on my home page and never update my blog. So for now, I am rotating posts.

I am considering creating a special fast loading page so that I can get on the Power Dropping list. But those mainly just catch easy drops. Some don’t even present any of the content of the site you are visiting. A page with two widgets should work though. The Entrecard widget and a feed widget.

For those of you who want someone else to create an Entrecard for you, go no further than Funk13. He created my card and saved me a lot of time.

I started chain dropping Entrecards. This involves loading a few Entrecard blogs in a browser and dropping cards on them. Then visiting each of their advertisers and repeating the same process until I ran out of sites.

Now my process is a little more complex:

1. I use Safari to drop cards. It was a toss up between Safari and Opera. Safari has basically become my Entrecard software. It’s all I use it for. I have all Entrecard related bookmarks in it. I did this because I normally use Flock with a lot of addons for regular browsing. It loads way too slow, but I need those tools for other things. So I only drop cards in Entrecard.
2. I open the feed of everyone who dropped on me. Then holding the Ctrl button down, I click them all, right down the list. This will open up each in a new tab. These links used to go to the user’s page on Entrecard. Now it goes directly to their blog.
3. I drop on all the reciprocal droppers I can find. They promise to drop on you if you drop a card on them. I actually did that for the first time last night and the results are great. I just started Entrecard on this blog yesterday and have had 52 drops on my card since yesterday.
4. If I have any time, I start Power Dropping. I load the fastest loading Entrecard sites 30 at a time and click their cards. I am not so sure I will be going this far any more with two blogs.

• Entrecarder’s Guild – Another group of reciprocal droppers.

Doing it manually something very troublesome. Luckily there is a website provide free services to submit your content to multiple-social bookmarking websites. Onlywire and Social Poster the two sites that i know of. Make full use of this service.

Is there trick we can apply in social bookmarking other than submitting the content? Consider this.

Create multiple account in one social bookmarking website. Make sure you use and”On” your proxy to give different IP to the Social bookmarking site. You may want to consider a tool like TORbutton, extension for firefox to do a proxy job for you. Start inviting your account to each other and vote your own content. Additionally you may subscribe RSS all account you have in one social bookmarking website. For example if you have 3 account, each of this account should add the other accounts as his friend and subscribe their RSS . Why do we need to do like this? Yes, you can increase the number of vote of your content by voting your own content and attract others to vote too.

What I find amusing (and you might want to take note if you’ve ever done this) is that the replies are usually something  along the lines of:

“Setup ads on Google Adwords, buy ezine advertising, and start a blog.”

Vague and pretty pointless replies!

Especially since most of those who are just starting out don’t really understand HOW and WHY those (and other) traffic techniques works.

And you can tell from their replies.

You can tell that they are confused or flat out CLUELESS as to what all of these opinion based broad-stroke replies mean.

So they continue to ask everyone else “how can I get visitors to my website”.
